Method
Preparing Chicken Wings
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2
Prepare the Chicken Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss until the wings are coated evenly.
- 3
Bake the Wings
Place the coated chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
- 4
Prepare Buffalo Sauce
While the wings are baking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Once melted, stir in the hot sauce until well combined.
- 5
Toss Wings in Sauce
Once the wings are done baking, transfer them to a large bowl and pour the buffalo sauce over them. Toss the wings until they are thoroughly coated in the sauce.
Making Blue Cheese Dressing
- 6
Combine Ingredients
In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, blue cheese crumbles, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- 7
Mix Until Smooth
Stir until the dressing is smooth and all ingredients are well incorporated.
- 8
Chill the Dressing
Refrigerate the blue cheese dressing for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
Preparing Celery Sticks
- 9
Wash and Cut Celery
Wash the celery stalks thoroughly and cut them into sticks, about 3-4 inches long.
