Prepare the Wings
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

Season the Wings
If using a dry rub, toss the wings in your chosen dry rub until evenly coated. If using sauce, set it aside for later.
Cooking

Bake the Wings
Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.

Toss in Sauce or Serve with Dry Rub
If using a sauce, remove the wings from the oven and toss them in your desired sauce until well coated. If using dry rub, just serve them as is.
Serving

Plate the Wings
Transfer the wings to a serving platter and serve with bleu cheese dressing on the side for dipping.
