Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Beef Patties

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

  2. 2

    Form the Patties

Divide the beef mixture into 8 equal portions. Flatten 4 portions into thin patties. Place a slice of American cheese in the center of each and top with another patty. Seal the edges well to ensure cheese does not leak out during cooking.

  3. 3

    Cook the Burgers

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the meat is cooked to your desired doneness and the cheese is melted inside.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Buns

While the burgers are cooking, toast the BRGR potato buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Juicy Lucy

Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Place a cooked burger patty on top, followed by lettuce leaves. Close with the top half of the bun and serve immediately.
