Chicken Wings
Method
Preparation and Cooking
- 1
Prepare the Chicken Wings
Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings with paper towels. Place them in a large bowl.
- 2
Season the Wings
In a separate bowl, mix together the cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the wings and toss until well coated.
- 3
Prepare the Grill
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Ensure the grates are clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking.
- 4
Grill the Wings
Place the seasoned chicken wings on the grill and cook for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are crispy and cooked through.
- 5
Make the Cajun Garlic Butter
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley.
- 6
Coat the Wings
Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the grill and place them in a large bowl. Pour the cajun garlic butter over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
- 7
Serve
Serve the fired-up chicken wings hot, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
