Prepare the Protein
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or shredded chicken until fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Fry the Chips
If making house-fried chips, heat oil in a deep-fryer or large skillet. Fry corn tortillas until golden and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Assemble the Nachos
On a large baking sheet or platter, layer the house-fried chips, followed by the cooked beef or chicken. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.

Add Toppings
Layer on the house-pickled jalapeños, black olives, diced tomatoes, and diced red onions.

Melt the Cheese
Place the nachos under a broiler for about 3-5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve
Remove from the oven and drizzle with sour cream and salsa. Top with Brickhouse Queso Dip before serving.
