Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta.

Prepare the Vegetables
While the pasta is cooking, wash and chop the zucchini, bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, carrot, and asparagus into bite-sized pieces.
- 3
Mince the Garlic
Peel and finely mince the garlic cloves.
Cooking
- 4
Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Then add the chopped vegetables and sauté for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are tender but still crisp.
- 5
Combine with Pasta
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Toss everything together, adding reserved pasta water a little at a time until the desired sauce consistency is reached.
- 6
Season the Dish
