Lemon Butter Sauce

Method

Preparing the Salmon

  1. 1

    Season the Salmon

Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Rub olive oil over both sides of the fillets. Season with salt and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F or 190°C to 200°C).

  3. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Place the seasoned salmon fillets on the grill. Cook for approximately 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Preparing the Vegetables

  1. 4

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and trim the asparagus. Cut the bell peppers into strips and slice the carrots into thin rounds.

  2. 5

    Grill the Vegetables

Place the prepared vegetables on the grill alongside the salmon. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until they are tender and slightly charred.

Making the Lemon Butter Sauce

  1. 6

    Melt the Butter

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter slowly.

  2. 7

    Add Garlic and Lemon Juice

Once the butter is melted, add the minced garlic and lemon juice. Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes until fragrant.

  3. 8

    Finish the Sauce

Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste if desired.

Serving

  1. 9

    Plate the Dish

Arrange the grilled salmon fillets on plates and surround them with the grilled seasonal vegetables. Drizzle the lemon butter sauce over the salmon.

  2. 10

    Garnish and Enjoy

Garnish with extra parsley if desired and serve immediately.
