Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.

Melt Butter
In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

Mix Sugars
Stir in granulated sugar and brown sugar until well combined.

Add Eggs and Vanilla
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

Combine Dry Ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt.

Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients
Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

Fold in Chocolate Chips
Gently fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.

Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
