Preheat the oven
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).

Prepare the cauliflower
Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets.

Season the cauliflower
In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well coated.

Roast the cauliflower
Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and tender.

Prepare the buffalo sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the hot sauce, butter, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Stir until the butter is melted and the sauce is well combined.

Toss in buffalo sauce
Once the cauliflower is roasted, remove it from the oven and transfer it to a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the hot cauliflower and toss gently until evenly coated.

Make the ranch dressing
In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth and well combined.
