Method

Beef Patty Preparation

  1. 1

    Mix Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.

  2. 2

    Shape Patties

Divide the meat mixture into two equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about 3/4 inch thick.

  3. 3

    Cook Patties

Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.

Special Sauce Preparation

  1. 4

    Prepare Special Sauce

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, finely chopped pickles, and paprika. Mix well until smooth.

Burger Assembly

  1. 5

    Prepare Tomato

Slice the tomato into thin rounds.

  2. 6

    Toast Buns

Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

  3. 7

    Add Sauce

Spread the special sauce on the bottom half of each toasted bun.

  4. 8

    Assemble Burger

Place a lettuce leaf on each bun, followed by a cooked beef patty, a slice of tomato, and finally, the top half of the bun.
