Prepare the Glass
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Plantation Pineapple Rum, grenadine, fresh lime juice, and Angostura bitters.

Shake Well
Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.

Pour and Top Off
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass over the ice, then top off with soda water.

Garnish with a lime wheel and serve immediately.
