Chill the Glass
Begin by chilling a martini glass by filling it with ice water. Set aside while you prepare the cocktail.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add the Hendrick's gin, dry vermouth, peach bitters, and fresh mint leaves.

Shake with Ice
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to chill and combine the ingredients.

Strain and Serve
Empty the ice water from the chilled martini glass. Strain the cocktail mixture into the glass.
