Prepare the Glass
Take a rocks glass and place a big ice cube inside.

Pour the Bourbon
Pour 2 oz of Michter's Small Batch Bourbon over the big ice cube.

Add Water
Add a splash of water (approximately 1 oz) to the bourbon.

Garnish (Optional)
If desired, garnish with a twist of lemon peel for added aroma.
