Prepare the Glass
Chill a cocktail glass by filling it with ice water and setting it aside.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the mezcal, banana oleo saccharum, and aztec chocolate bitters.

Shake
Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.

Strain
Remove the ice water from the cocktail glass and strain the mixture into the chilled glass.

Garnish
Garnish with a slice of banana on the rim of the glass.
