Method
Cheese Preparation
- 1
Select and Arrange Cheeses
Choose a variety of cheeses including Brie, Cheddar, Gorgonzola, and Goat cheese. Slice the cheeses into wedges or cubes and arrange them on a serving platter, alternating the types for visual appeal.
Accompaniments Preparation
- 2
Prepare Fresh Bread
Slice the fresh bread into thick slices, about 1 inch each. Arrange the slices on the same platter or on a separate bread board.
- 3
Roast Grapes
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread the grapes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until they are soft and slightly caramelized.
- 4
Prepare the Apple
Wash the apple thoroughly. Core and slice it into wedges. Arrange the apple slices on the cheese platter, fanning them out for an attractive presentation.
- 5
Serve Raisin Chutney
Open the jar of raisin chutney and place it in a small bowl on the platter. This will serve as a sweet accompaniment to the cheeses.
