Classic Mojito

Method

Classic Mojito

  1. 1

    Muddle the Mint

In a sturdy glass, add the fresh mint leaves and granulated sugar. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to gently press the mint leaves to release their oils, mixing them with the sugar.

  2. 2

    Add Lime Juice and Rum

Pour in the lime juice and white rum over the muddled mint and sugar mixture. Stir well to combine.

  3. 3

    Add Ice and Soda

Fill the glass with ice cubes, then top it off with club soda. Stir gently to mix the ingredients without losing the fizz.

  4. 4

    Garnish and Serve

Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime wedge if desired. Serve immediately.

Pina Colada

  1. 5

    Combine Ingredients

In a blender, combine pineapple juice, coconut cream, white rum, and crushed ice.

  2. 6

    Blend Until Smooth

Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

  3. 7

    Serve and Garnish

Pour the mixture into a chilled glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry on top.

Whiskey Sour

  1. 8

    Shake Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, combine whiskey, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup. Fill the shaker with ice cubes.

  2. 9

    Shake Well

Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

  3. 10

    Strain and Serve

Strain the mixture into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with a lemon slice.
