Lobster Mac Ingredients

Method

Lobster Mac Directions

  1. 1

    Cook the Macaroni

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the elbow macaroni until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Make the Cheese Sauce

In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and whisk for about 1-2 minutes until it forms a roux. Gradually add the milk, whisking continuously until the mixture thickens and is smooth.

  3. 3

    Add Cheese

Remove from heat and stir in the cheddar, Gruyere, and Parmesan cheeses until melted. Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to taste.

  4. 4

    Combine Lobster and Macaroni

Fold in the cooked macaroni and lobster meat into the cheese sauce until well combined.

  5. 5

    Bake

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top, and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.

  6. 6

    Garnish and Serve

Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot.
