Lobster Tail Ingredients

Method

Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Lobster

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of the lobster tails down the middle, exposing the meat. Carefully pull the meat out and lay it on top of the shell.

  2. 2

    Make the Garlic Butter

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  3. 3

    Baste the Lobster

Brush the garlic butter mixture over the lobster meat generously.

  4. 4

    Bake the Lobster

Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.

  5. 5

    Garnish and Serve

Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately with extra lemon wedges, if desired.
