Burger Patty

Method

Prepare Garlic Aioli

  1. 1

    Make the Aioli

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well until smooth. Set aside.

Cook the Burger Patty

  1. 2

    Season and Cook

Season the Angus beef burger patty with salt and black pepper. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium, or until desired doneness is achieved.

Assemble the Burger

  1. 3

    Prepare the Bun

While the burger is cooking, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add burger buns, cut side down, and toast until golden brown.

  2. 4

    Layer the Ingredients

Spread Boursin cheese on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Once the burger is done cooking, place it on top of the cheese. Spoon garlic aioli generously over the patty, then add a slice of Swiss cheese.

  3. 5

    Finish with Onion Straws

Top the Swiss cheese with a handful of onion straws. Place the top half of the bun over the assembled burger.
