Pasta Preparation

Cook the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and set aside.

Prepare the Chicken
While the pasta is cooking, season the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

Grill the Chicken
Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Make the Alfredo Sauce
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Combine the Cream and Cheese
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Combine and Serve

Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the drained fettuccine pasta to the skillet with the Alfredo sauce. Toss to coat the pasta evenly in the sauce.

Slice the grilled chicken and place it on top of the pasta. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
