Prepare the Burger Patty

Season the Patty
In a bowl, season the Angus beef burger patty with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Cook the Patty
Preheat a grill or frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the seasoned burger patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired doneness.
Prepare the Burger Co. Sauce

Mix the Sauce
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well until fully blended. Set aside.
Assemble the Burger

Layer the Burger
Once the patty is cooked, place it on the bottom half of the toasted bun. Add the slice of Swiss cheese on top of the patty and let it melt slightly.

Add Cheese Curds and Sauce
Top the Swiss cheese with the monster cheddar cheese curds. Drizzle the prepared Burger Co. sauce over the curds, and finally place the top half of the bun on the burger.
