Preparing the Chicken Wings

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Wings
In a large bowl, combine chicken wings, salt, black pepper, and baking powder. Toss until the wings are fully coated.

Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they are in a single layer.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until wings are crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through.
Making the Sauce

Prepare the Buffalo Sauce
In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Once melted, add hot sauce, garlic powder, and dried Italian herbs. Stir until well combined and heated through.

Prepare Garlic Parmesan Sauce (if using)
For garlic parmesan, melt butter and mix in garlic powder and grated parmesan cheese until smooth.
Coating the Wings

Coat Wings in Sauce
Once the wings are done baking, remove from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour your choice of sauce over the wings and toss until fully coated.

Serve the wings hot, garnished with celery and carrot sticks, alongside blue cheese dressing for dipping.
