Method

Preparing the Chicken Wings

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Wings

In a large bowl, combine chicken wings, salt, black pepper, and baking powder. Toss until the wings are fully coated.

  3. 3

    Arrange on Baking Tray

Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they are in a single layer.

Cooking the Wings

  1. 4

    Bake the Wings

Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until wings are crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through.

Making the Sauce

  1. 5

    Prepare the Buffalo Sauce

In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Once melted, add hot sauce, garlic powder, and dried Italian herbs. Stir until well combined and heated through.

  2. 6

    Prepare BBQ Sauce (if using)

For BBQ wings, combine BBQ sauce with melted butter and stir until well mixed.

  3. 7

Prepare Garlic Parmesan Sauce (if using)

For garlic parmesan, melt butter and mix in garlic powder and grated parmesan cheese until smooth.

Coating the Wings

  1. 8

    Coat Wings in Sauce

Once the wings are done baking, remove from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour your choice of sauce over the wings and toss until fully coated.

Serving

  1. 9

    Garnish and Serve

Serve the wings hot, garnished with celery and carrot sticks, alongside blue cheese dressing for dipping.
