Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) to ensure that the cauliflower bites become crispy.

Prepare the Cauliflower
Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets. Rinse under cold water and pat dry with a towel.

Season the Cauliflower
In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss until the florets are evenly coated.

Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
