Method

Preparing the Wings

  1. 1

    Prepare the chicken wings

Cut the boneless chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

  2. 2

    Set up the breading station

In one bowl, place the flour. In a second bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. This will be used for the breading process.

  3. 3

    Bread the wings

Dip each piece of chicken into the flour, then into the egg mixture, and back into the flour to create a crispy coating.

Cooking the Wings

  1. 4

    Heat the oil

In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).

  2. 5

    Fry the wings

Carefully add the breaded wings to the hot oil in batches, frying until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per batch. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Making the BBQ Sauce

  1. 6

    Combine BBQ sauce ingredients

In a bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, honey, and hot sauce until well combined.

  2. 7

    Coat the wings

In a large bowl, toss the fried wings with the BBQ sauce mixture until evenly coated.

Serving the Meal

  1. 8

    Prepare the sides

Serve the wings alongside a choice of fries or fresh fruit, along with a soft drink and cookies.

  2. 9

    Enjoy!

Serve hot and enjoy your delicious BBQ boneless wings!
