In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.

In a non-stick skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook, stirring gently, until the eggs are scrambled and cooked to your liking.

While the eggs are cooking, toast the bread slices until golden brown.

Plate the scrambled eggs and toasted bread. Serve warm.

Lunch

Prepare the Chicken

Season the grilled chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

Grill the Chicken

Grill the chicken breasts over medium-high heat for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.

Prepare the Salad

In a large bowl, combine lettuce, diced tomato, and sliced cucumber.

Make the Dressing

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Assemble the Salad

Slice the grilled chicken and place it on top of the salad. Drizzle the dressing over the top and serve.

Dinner

Prepare the Salmon

Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Squeeze lemon juice over the top.

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Place the salmon fillets into the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
