Cake Preparation

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

In another bowl, beat the eggs. Then, add the fresh orange juice, grated orange zest, olive oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.

Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
