Tapas Preparation

Prepare the Olives
Place the olives in a serving bowl.

Cook the Chorizo
Slice the chorizo sausage into rounds and pan-fry over medium heat until browned (about 5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat and place in a serving dish.

Arrange the Artichokes
Drain the marinated artichoke hearts and place them in a separate serving bowl.

Prepare the Pita Bread
Warm the pita bread in a toaster or oven for a few minutes, then cut into wedges and arrange on a plate.

Create the Cheese Platter
Slice assorted cheeses and arrange them on a cheese board or platter.

Slice the Baguette
Cut the baguette into bite-sized pieces and place in a basket for serving.
Dessert Preparation

Prepare the Churros
Heat churros in the oven according to package instructions (usually about 10 minutes at 180°C/350°F) or fry until golden brown if homemade.

Serve with Chocolate Sauce
Place the chocolate sauce in a small bowl for dipping and serve alongside the churros.
