Tapas Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Olives

Place the olives in a serving bowl.

  2. 2

    Cook the Chorizo

Slice the chorizo sausage into rounds and pan-fry over medium heat until browned (about 5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat and place in a serving dish.

  3. 3

    Arrange the Artichokes

Drain the marinated artichoke hearts and place them in a separate serving bowl.

  4. 4

    Stuff the Mini Bell Peppers

Slice the tops off the mini bell peppers and remove the seeds. Fill each with hummus and place on a platter.

  5. 5

    Prepare the Pita Bread

Warm the pita bread in a toaster or oven for a few minutes, then cut into wedges and arrange on a plate.

  6. 6

    Create the Cheese Platter

Slice assorted cheeses and arrange them on a cheese board or platter.

  7. 7

    Slice the Baguette

Cut the baguette into bite-sized pieces and place in a basket for serving.

Dessert Preparation

  1. 8

    Prepare the Churros

Heat churros in the oven according to package instructions (usually about 10 minutes at 180°C/350°F) or fry until golden brown if homemade.

  2. 9

    Serve with Chocolate Sauce

Place the chocolate sauce in a small bowl for dipping and serve alongside the churros.
