Collect all the ingredients needed for the mimosa: Cava, freshly squeezed orange juice, and any optional garnishes such as orange slices and mint leaves.

Juicing Oranges
If using whole oranges, cut them in half and use a citrus juicer to extract fresh orange juice until you have 1.5 cups.

In a large pitcher, pour 1.5 cups of freshly squeezed orange juice followed by 3 cups of Cava. Stir gently to combine, being careful not to lose the bubbles.

Prepare Glasses
Chill your champagne flutes in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes before serving for an extra refreshing drink.

Pour the mimosa mixture into chilled champagne flutes until they are about two-thirds full. Garnish each glass with a slice of orange and a sprig of fresh mint if desired.
