Beef Patty

Toppings

Method

Prepare the Beef Patty

  1. 1

    Shape the Patty

Take 6 oz of certified Angus beef and shape it into a burger patty that is approximately 1-inch thick.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patty

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the beef patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.

Prepare the Toppings

  1. 3

    Cook the Chorizo-Bacon Jam

In a skillet over medium heat, add the chorizo and cook until browned. Add the bacon slices and cook until crispy. Mix them together to create a jam-like consistency.

  2. 4

    Prepare Jamón Serrano

Slice the Jamón Serrano into thin slices if not pre-sliced.

Assemble the Burger

  1. 5

    Toast the Roll

Lightly toast the King's Hawaiian Roll on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

  2. 6

    Layer the Burger

Spread the garlic allioli on the bottom half of the toasted roll. Place the cooked beef patty on top, followed by the Jamón Serrano, the chorizo-bacon jam, and finally the creamy Tetilla cheese.

  3. 7

    Complete the Assembly

Top off the burger with the other half of the roll. Press down gently to secure all ingredients.
