Prepare the Beef Patty

Shape the Patty
Take 6 oz of certified Angus beef and shape it into a burger patty that is approximately 1-inch thick.

Prepare the Toppings

Cook the Chorizo-Bacon Jam
In a skillet over medium heat, add the chorizo and cook until browned. Add the bacon slices and cook until crispy. Mix them together to create a jam-like consistency.

Prepare Jamón Serrano
Slice the Jamón Serrano into thin slices if not pre-sliced.
Assemble the Burger

Toast the Roll
Lightly toast the King's Hawaiian Roll on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

Layer the Burger
Spread the garlic allioli on the bottom half of the toasted roll. Place the cooked beef patty on top, followed by the Jamón Serrano, the chorizo-bacon jam, and finally the creamy Tetilla cheese.

Complete the Assembly
Top off the burger with the other half of the roll. Press down gently to secure all ingredients.
