Fill the Glass
Fill a wine glass or large glass with ice cubes, filling it to the top.

Pour 3 oz of Aperol over the ice in the glass.

Add Cava
Next, pour 3 oz of Cava (or Prosecco) into the glass over the Aperol.

Top off the drink with 1 oz of soda water, adjusting to taste.

Garnish the drink with a slice of orange on the rim of the glass.
