Prepare the Chicken
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, then season with Southwest seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

Grill the Chicken
Place the chicken breasts on the grill. Grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Cook the Bacon
While the chicken is grilling, cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels.

Toast the Texas Toast
Toast the Texas toast slices on the grill for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Assemble the Sandwich
Once the chicken is cooked, place a slice of Swiss cheese on each piece of chicken to melt slightly. On the bottom slice of toasted Texas toast, spread ranch dressing, add lettuce, sliced tomatoes, the grilled chicken, bacon, and top with another slice of toasted Texas toast.

Cut the sandwich in half and serve immediately while warm.
