Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Burger Patties

In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form into 4 equal patties.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patties

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they reach desired doneness.

  3. 3

    Add Wing Sauce

During the last minute of cooking, brush the hot wing sauce generously over each patty and allow it to caramelize slightly.

  4. 4

    Melt the Cheese

Place a slice of pepper jack cheese on each patty and cover for 1-2 minutes until the cheese melts.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burger

Place the patty on the bottom half of the burger bun. Top with a handful of jalapenos. Add the top half of the bun.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the Flaming Boozie burgers hot with extra jalapenos on the side.
