Brownie Preparation

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.

Add Eggs and Vanilla
Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then stir in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add the vanilla extract and mix until combined.

Combine Dry Ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.

Mix Together
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chunks.

Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Allow the brownies to cool in the pan before cutting into squares. Serve warm topped with vanilla ice cream, chocolate fudge, and cool whip.
