Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare Chicken Wings

In a large bowl, combine boneless chicken wings with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to ensure all wings are evenly coated.

  2. 2

    Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Bake the Wings

Spread the seasoned chicken wings evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and crispy.

Sauce Preparation

  1. 4

    Prepare BBQ Sauce

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine BBQ sauce and honey. Stir until well blended and heated through.

  2. 5

    Prepare Buffalo Sauce

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add hot sauce and stir until combined. Remove from heat.

  3. 6

    Prepare Sweet Thai Chili Sauce

Sweet Thai chili sauce is ready to use as is. No preparation needed.

  4. 7

    Prepare Parmesan Garlic Sauce

In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add garlic powder and stir well. Then, add grated Parmesan cheese and mix until melted and smooth.

  5. 8

    Prepare Bourbon Sauce

In a saucepan, combine bourbon, brown sugar, and soy sauce. Cook over medium heat until sugar dissolves and sauce thickens slightly.

  6. 9

    Prepare Golden BBQ Sauce

In a bowl, mix yellow mustard, honey, and vinegar until well combined.

Serving

  1. 10

    Toss Wings in Sauce

Once the wings are cooked, divide them into portions and toss each portion in the desired sauce until well coated.

  2. 11

    Serve

Serve the wings immediately with your choice of dipping sauces and sides.
