Prepare Tater Bombs

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Filling
In a mixing bowl, chop the cooked bacon into small pieces. Add the shredded cheddar cheese and chopped chives. Mix well.

Scoop and Fill
Take each frozen tater tot and create a small hole in the center using your finger or a small spoon. Stuff each tot with the bacon, cheddar, and chive mixture.

Season and Oil
Place the stuffed tater tots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.

Bake the tater bombs in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
Make Housemade Ranch

Combine the Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk. Stir until well mixed.

Add the dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until fully incorporated.

Cover and refrigerate the ranch dressing for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
