Method

Preparing the Steak

  1. 1

    Season the Steak

Rub the ribeye steaks with olive oil, salt, and black pepper on both sides. Allow them to marinate at room temperature for about 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Grill the Steak

Preheat the grill to high heat. Place the marinated steaks on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Adjust the time based on your preferred doneness.

  3. 3

    Rest the Steak

Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

Making French Fries

  1. 4

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and peel the russet potatoes. Cut them into thin strips to form fries.

  2. 5

    Heat the Oil

In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

  3. 6

    Fry the Potatoes

Carefully add the potato strips to the hot oil in batches. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels, then sprinkle with salt.

Making Garlic Butter

  1. 7

    Prepare the Garlic Butter

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add minced garlic cloves and fresh parsley, stirring occasionally for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Add a pinch of salt to taste.
