Bread the Mushrooms
Dip each portabella mushroom first in the flour mixture, ensuring it is fully coated. Next, dip it into the beaten eggs, allowing excess to drip off. Finally, coat the mushroom in bread crumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
- 4
Frying
In a deep skillet or frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the breaded mushrooms and fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Making Ranch Dressing
- 5
Combine Ingredients
In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, buttermilk, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley until smooth and well combined.
- 6
Chill the Dressing
Cover the ranch dressing and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
