Method

Pancake Preparation

  1. 1

    Mix Dry Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt. Whisk together until well blended.

  2. 2

    Combine Wet Ingredients

In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter until smooth.

  3. 3

    Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients

Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined. Avoid overmixing. Fold in the chocolate chips.

  4. 4

    Cook Pancake

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

Potato Coins Preparation

  1. 5

    Prepare Potatoes

Wash and slice the potatoes into thin rounds. Pat dry with a towel.

  2. 6

    Season and Cook

In a bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake at 425°F (220°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.

    Cook Protein

Cook your choice of ham, bacon, or sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Remove from heat and set aside.
