Preparation of Shrimp

Season the Shrimp
In a mixing bowl, combine the tiger shrimp with salt and black pepper. Toss to ensure all shrimp are evenly coated.

Heat Oil
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.

Cook Shrimp
Add the seasoned shrimp to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side or until the shrimp are pink and opaque. Remove from heat and set aside.
Preparation of Boom Boom Sauce

Mix the Sauce
In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, sweet chili sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper until smooth and well combined.

Adjust to Taste
Taste the sauce and adjust the spiciness by adding more Sriracha or cayenne pepper if desired.
Serving

Combine Shrimp with Sauce
In a large bowl, toss the cooked shrimp with the Boom Boom sauce until evenly coated.

Transfer the shrimp to a serving platter and sprinkle with chopped green onions for garnish.
