Melt Chocolate and Butter
In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the unsalted butter and semi-sweet chocolate. Stir until melted and smooth. Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.

Mix Sugar and Eggs
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, large eggs, and large egg yolks until the mixture is pale and fluffy.

Combine Mixtures
Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture, stirring continuously until well combined.

Add Vanilla and Flour
Stir in the vanilla extract, all-purpose flour, and a pinch of salt until just combined. Do not overmix.

Fill Ramekins
Divide the cake batter evenly among the prepared ramekins, filling them about 2/3 full.

Bake the Cakes
Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes, or until the edges are firm but the center is still soft.

Cool and Serve
Remove from the oven and let the cakes cool for 1 minute. Carefully invert each ramekin onto a plate to release the cakes. Serve immediately with scoops of vanilla ice cream on the side.
