Preparation of Chicken Wings
- 1
Prepare the Chicken Wings
Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings using paper towels. This helps to ensure they become crispy when fried.

In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and baking powder. Toss until the wings are evenly coated with the seasoning.
Frying the Chicken Wings

Fry the Wings
Carefully add the seasoned chicken wings to the hot oil in batches. Fry for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- 5
Drain the Wings
Once cooked, remove the wings using a slotted spoon and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
