Method

Omelette

  1. 1

    Prepare the Egg Mixture

Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl. Add salt and black pepper, then whisk until well combined and slightly frothy.

  2. 2

    Melt the Butter

In a non-stick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat until it starts to bubble.

  3. 3

    Cook the Omelette

Pour the egg mixture into the skillet, tilting the pan to spread it evenly. Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the edges start to set.

  4. 4

    Add the Cheese

Sprinkle the swiss, gouda, and cheddar cheese evenly over one half of the omelette. Let it cook for another minute until the cheese is melted.

  5. 5

    Fold and Serve

Gently fold the omelette in half over the cheese. Slide it onto a plate and set aside.

Hash Browns

  1. 6

    Heat the Oil

In another skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat.

  2. 7

    Cook the Hash Browns

Add the frozen hash browns to the skillet, spreading them out in an even layer. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes without stirring until they are golden brown, then flip and cook for another 5-7 minutes until the other side is crispy.

Toast

  1. 8

    Prepare the Toast

While the hash browns are cooking, toast the bread slices to your desired doneness. Spread butter on one side of each slice.
