Preparation
- 1
Cook the Chicken
You can either grill or bread the chicken. If grilling, preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, and grill for 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. If breading, coat the chicken breasts in flour, dip them in beaten eggs, and then coat with breadcrumbs before frying in hot oil until golden brown.
- 2
Prepare the Sauce
While the chicken is cooking, prepare your Carolina hot sauce. If you are using a store-bought version, you can skip this step. If making your own, mix together cayenne pepper, vinegar, butter, and spices in a saucepan over medium heat until combined.
- 3
Prepare the Vegetables
Wash and dry the spring mix. Chop the tomatoes into slices or small pieces, depending on your preference.
Assembly
- 4
Build the Naanwich
Take a piece of naan bread and lay it flat. Place a generous amount of spring mix on one side, followed by slices of grilled or breaded chicken. Drizzle Carolina hot sauce over the chicken, and top with chopped tomatoes. Add pickles and sliced jalapeños if desired.

Serve
Fold the naan over to create a sandwich. Serve immediately while warm, with extra hot sauce on the side if you like it spicy!
