Preparation Steps

1

Prepare the Sushi Rice

Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Combine the rice and water in a rice cooker and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions. Once cooked, let it sit for 10 minutes, then fluff with a fork.

2

Marinate the Tuna

Cut the ahi tuna into small cubes. In a bowl, combine the tuna with Szechuan sauce and let it marinate for about 15 minutes.

3

Prepare Vegetables

While the tuna is marinating, prepare the seasonal vegetables by slicing them into thin strips or bite-sized pieces. Also, slice the radish and set aside.

4

Cook Edamame

If using frozen edamame, cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

5

Assemble the Poke Bowl

In a bowl, start with a base of sushi rice. Top with marinated tuna, edamame, seasonal vegetables, sweet pickled cucumber, and radish. Drizzle with yuzu mayo and finish with a sprinkle of crispy garnish.
