Preparation and Baking

1

Prepare the Cream Sauce

In a medium saucepan, melt the cream cheese over low heat. Stir in a splash of water or milk to reach desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper, and set aside.

2

Sauté the Mushrooms

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the mixed mushrooms and cook until they are soft and slightly browned, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

3

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) or according to your pizza dough instructions.

4

Assemble the Pizza

Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer to a pizza stone or baking sheet. Spread the cream sauce evenly over the dough. Top with sautéed mushrooms, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese.

5

Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.

6

Serve

Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Slice and serve hot.
