Infuse the Hibiscus
In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat and add 1 cup of dried hibiscus flowers. Allow the mixture to steep for about 15 minutes to extract the color and flavor. After steeping, strain out the flowers using a fine mesh sieve and let the hibiscus tea cool to room temperature.

Mix the Ingredients
In a large pitcher, combine the cooled hibiscus tea with 1 cup of fresh lemon juice. Stir well to combine the flavors.

Add Ginger Beer
Slowly pour in 4 cups of ginger beer into the pitcher with the hibiscus and lemon mixture. Stir gently to mix, being careful not to lose the carbonation of the ginger beer.
