Directions

  1. 1

    Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  3. 3

    Add Bell Pepper and Carrot

Add the sliced bell pepper and julienned carrot to the skillet. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.

  4. 4

    Add Zucchini and Broccoli

Stir in the sliced zucchini and broccoli florets. Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

  5. 5

    Add Cherry Tomatoes

Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for another 2 minutes until they start to soften.

  6. 6

    Combine Pasta and Vegetables

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Toss well to combine.

  7. 7

    Season and Serve

Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped basil over the top before serving. Toss again gently and serve warm.
