Chop the peeled and deveined shrimp into small pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.

Add Cajun seasoning, minced garlic, chopped green onion, mayonnaise, egg, bread crumbs, salt, and black pepper to the bowl with shrimp. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

Shape the mixture into 4 equal patties, ensuring they hold together.
