Prepare the Chicken

Cut the Chicken
Cut the boneless, skinless chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces, approximately 1 inch in size.

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a shallow dish, combine all-purpose flour, cornstarch, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Heat the Oil
In a deep frying pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Coat the Chicken
Take a piece of marinated chicken and dip it into the egg wash, allowing excess to drip off. Then, coat it in the flour mixture, pressing gently to adhere. Repeat with all chicken pieces.

Fry the Chicken Bites
Carefully place the coated chicken pieces in the hot oil, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway through. Use a slotted spoon to remove the fried chicken bites and transfer them to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
