Crab Claws

Method

Preparation

1

Prepare the Marinade

In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic cloves, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are blended.

2

Marinate the Crab Claws

Place the crab claws in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure all claws are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Cooking

3

Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 375°F (190°C).

4

Grill the Crab Claws

Remove the crab claws from the marinade and place them directly on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are heated through and have grill marks.

5

Garnish and Serve

Once cooked, remove the crab claws from the grill and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley. Serve immediately with extra lemon wedges on the side.
